The initial appointment consists of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. For all new patients, complete medical history, including any medications taken, and x-rays are required for diagnosis. If you have recent x-rays please request them to be emailed to our office, firstname.lastname@example.org, or bring a copy with you. In most cases, treatment can be provided on the same day as the consultation. However, complex treatments may require the patient to return for treatment on a separate day so proper time for the work can be allotted.
The dental health of our patients is our primary goal and we provide several financial options to make dental treatment affordable for our patients so that goal can be met. We accept most dental insurance plans. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you or have the policy number ready so we can look up your coverage. We will work with you and your dental insurance company to maximize your dental benefits with your existing type of coverage. Remember dental insurances are intended to cover part, but not all the cost of your dental care. Also, most insurance plans include patient co-payments, deductibles, and other expenses and treatments that may not be covered.
For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as personal checks and cash. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For any questions regarding your account please contact us at (310) 275-1137.
Interest Free Payment Plans
We also offer no-interest financing via Care Credit patient payment plans which are designed to fit almost any budget.
3, 6, or 12 month payment plan options
Low minimum monthly payments
No-interest if the balance is paid within specified time period

If you have any further questions about financial options please direct them to the front office which will be glad to answer them and work with you to figure out the most affordable way to budget your treatment.
